Understanding the Early Years: Selkirk-Interlake

Understanding the Early Years (UEY) is a national research project funded by Human Resources and Skills Development Canada.  UEY is designed to provide the community with information about factors which affect early childhood development so that we can work together to give our children the best possible start in life.  UEY Selkirk-Interlake is one of the fifteen sites selected across Canada in 2007 to participate in the research.
